Board Chairman- Dave Hesselbein
Dave has lived in Barrington for over 20 years and has worked at CIBC US, formerly The PrivateBank for over 20 years in various roles. He has been married to his wife Cindy for over 25 years, and has 4 children. He regularly attends Willow Creek Community Church. He has volunteered with Awana Club and previously served on the Board of Directors of A Safe Place in Lake County. His family also raises puppies for Leader Dogs for the blind, out of Rochester Michigan.
Board Treasurer- Chad Anderson
Chad has a diverse background including private club management, athletic training, and ministry. He has a passion for serving people and helping organizations thrive.
Laura is presently a Vice President with GE Real Estate in Chicago. Laura has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience representing Landlords and Tenants in suburban Chicago. Laura graduated with honors from University of Illinois with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Chicago with an MBA in Finance.
Laura is a native of Libertyville and she currently resides with her husband and teenage sons in Northbrook. She and her husband have a blended family which includes 2 daughters and 4 sons! Laura is a member of the Village Presbyterian Church in Northbrook.
Jeff lives in Palatine with his wife Angela and sons Joe and Drew. Jeff and his family are members of Willow Creek Community Church, where they all volunteer in various capacities; Jeff is an every week leader in Promiseland and also helps out the photography team for special events.
Jeff is a past member of the board of directors of the Palatine/Inverness Arts Council and the Northwest Suburban United Way, and currently serves on the board of the Palatine Opportunity Center, a multi-disciplinary community resource center serving under-resourced families in the Palatine Area. When not volunteering, Jeff is a lawyer at the law firm of Robinson Payne LLC in Hoffman Estates, where he focuses his practice on business, banking, estate planning and non-profit law.
Mona is an entrepreneur working in commercial real estate as well as other types of investments. She has been a volunteer with Fellowship Housing since 2008 and has a true passion for the moms and the program.
Mike is a Partner with Hamilton Partners, a full service real estate development and investment company. He has served as the Golf Chairman since 2007 introducing CREF- Commercial Real Estate Fellowship members to the ministry.
Has lived in the Barrington area for the last 8 years with her husband Kevin and three kids Casey (22), Connor (16) and Colby (14). Lori is very involved at Willow Creek Community Church and serves as a section leader and on the planning team for the Practice. She is currently developing and administering a spiritual formation certificate program for Moody Bible Institute. Lori was previously on staff with Fellowship Housing as a Case Manager for the last two years. She has seen the life transformation happen with the families of Fellowship and is excited to be on the board.
Fellowship Housing’s mission of financial independence for single moms drew Luis to our organization. He is passionate involving matters of personal finance and regularly volunteers within the Willow Creek Financial Stewardship Ministry. Luis is married to Helen and has 3 children. When he is not spending time with his family, he’s flying for UPS as an airline pilot.
