Pam will tell you she has the best job EVER; Getting to share the stories of strong, brave single moms and inviting others to be a part of empowering these amazing women! Her first job was wrangling chickens on a farm in central Illinois, making her well equipped to wrangle the Fellowship Housing staff. Pam has 10 years of bold and effective non-profit leadership experience and believes to her core that changing the life of a single mom means changing the life of her family for generations to come!
Certified in Lean Six Sigma and StratOp facilitation, Amanda is a powerhouse of big picture operations and master of getting things done. She is a highly-relational community connector, passionately spreading the word about Fellowship Housing. Amanda loves to entertain and celebrate well when audacious goals are achieved.
Raised by a single mom and having a twin sister who graduated from Fellowship Housing in 2010, Heather has a unique view of the program inside and out. She is a compassionate advocate and LCSW, loves swimming and feels called to uplift and seek justice for the single moms in our community.
Courtney is passionate about creating experiences where stories can be shared, and inviting others to empower Fellowship Housing moms. Her leadership inspires organization and creativity, while her agility from yoga and dance (where she met her husband) make her an event and marketing ninja!
As a former Fellowship Housing kid herself, Paola is the perfect welcome wagon for all moms seeking to learn more about the program. Dual citizen of Mexico and the US, Paola speaks both English and Spanish and counts it a privilege to help moms and children onramp to the program that also helped her family in their time of need.
Lauren is a story-teller at heart who loves sharing the hope that FH brings to families in crisis. She may not be able to snap, but you’ll be amazed at all she can get done in a snap! High energy and highly relational, she’s been married for 10 years to her high school sweetheart with whom she’s had 3 children in the last 4 years. Lauren believes that the best work is done with joy and fun in the midst of tackling huge issues like homelessness and women in economic crisis.
Guru of credit scores, Rachel compassionately teaches Fellowship Housing moms how to get from ‘where you are’ to ‘where you want to be.’ On average, moms under her coaching increase their credit scores by 200 points! Rachel also loves her fur babies and confesses there must be room in her own budget for a Starbucks puppuccino run with them.
Like Jillian Michaels will push you toward your fitness goals, Lisa will push moms to accomplish personal goals they never thought possible while caring for them through their two years at Fellowship. Originally from Minnesota, dontcha know, she is our favorite office hippie who loves the water, triathlons, yoga and mung beans. Into synchronized swimming in her younger days, she’s now passionate about helping single moms get their lives back in synch.
Resident interior decorator, Brittany is ready to help the moms of Fellowship Housing Marie Kondo their financial houses and celebrate all the amazing things they accomplish as they work towards independence. Married to her amazing and creative husband for 8 years, she says their best creative collaboration so far is their daughter, Penny, who is the joy-bomb of their lives!
