Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight: Imago
At Fellowship Housing, we believe in the power of community partnerships to create real and lasting change in the lives of the single moms we serve. That’s why we’re thrilled to shine the Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight on the incredible team at Imago for the third quarter of 2025! And while it's nearly impossible to find a photo of Mark and his team (because they’re always behind the camera!), their fingerprints are all over the story of Fellowship Housing—and we wouldn’t be the same without them. Hear the story from Mark Novelli, founder of Imago, on their legacy and unwavering commitment to creating beautiful stories and moments for Fellowship Housing:
“In the late 2000s, Imago’s partnership with Fellowship Housing began when we were introduced to the leadership team by our friend Connie Bowman. We immediately loved the mission and saw the life change that was happening. We wanted to be a part of it!
When Brooke Bartlow became the Executive Director of Fellowship Housing in 2010, our partnership deepened. Brooke brought energy and passion to see Fellowship expand by trying new things. We developed a trusting relationship with her—not just as a vendor, but as a communications partner, strategically advising on all of their communications and events.
Over the next four years, we made a major shift in Fellowship’s communication focus. We moved from primarily sharing about the effectiveness of the program to putting stories of their courageous moms at the center—the true heroes of the story.
Some of the ways we did this included introducing professional photography of families and capturing authentic video stories of moms in the program. These changes contributed to a growing donor base that led not only to stability but to expansion for Fellowship Housing.
We also began producing Fellowship’s annual gala event, helping it transition from a smaller, primarily volunteer-run event into a major, can't-miss fundraising experience. Professional production, creative elements, and video storytelling were introduced. A more crafted, intentional event that reflected the personality and goals of the organization emerged.
Over the last 10 years, through deep collaborations with Pam Orr and Courtney Burton, we have grown to feel like a part of the team. Imago has helped Fellowship Housing update their communications across the board, including launching and growing their social media presence, website, and annual donor campaigns.
Imago’s recent focus has been refining the communications and event processes in partnership with April Gregory and the Fellowship Housing team. Recent major objectives include educating donors on how they are essential in helping Fellowship Housing reach more moms, fine-tuning organizational language, and deepening the storytelling process.
Last year, my wife, Aimee, and I became a housing partner with Fellowship Housing. We are grateful to personally support moms in this way.
Imago’s journey with Fellowship Housing has been wonderful. We truly feel honored to be a small part of the generational change that is occurring because of Fellowship Housing.”
We are incredibly grateful for the Imago family. Their creativity, heart, and steadfast belief in the mission of Fellowship Housing have helped us grow in ways we never imagined. Through their lens—both literally and figuratively—they have brought the courageous stories of single moms to life, capturing their strength, resilience, and transformation with authenticity and care. From compelling storytelling to thoughtfully crafted events, Imago has walked alongside our team every step of the way, helping the world not only see these stories—but feel them. Thank you, Imago, for being more than a partner. You are a vital force in amplifying the voices of the moms we serve, and we are honored to continue building a brighter future together.
ABOUT THE TONY NAVITSKY PARTNER SPOTLIGHT
The Navitsky's have been a special part of Fellowship Housing for many years. Mona Navitsky has been a volunteer since 2008 with a true passion for supporting our moms. Mona has also served on Fellowship Housing's Board of Directors for over 9 years.
The Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight is named in loving memory of Mona's husband, a dear Fellowship Housing supporter. His legacy continues with those who faithfully serve the at-risk mothers and their children who walk through the doors of Fellowship Housing.
The Tony Navitsky Volunteer Recognitions began in 2011 as the Volunteer of the Year Award at the Fellowship Housing Annual Gala. Now a quarterly recognition, this distinction continues to honor those who serve families in need and "look after the orphans and widows in their distress" (James 1:27).
