Welcome Erica Abarca!

Erica brings a strong background in social services and a deep passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered. Currently pursuing her licensure as a social worker, Erica is committed to creating meaningful connections and fostering inclusive, empathetic environments for individuals from all walks of life. As a bilingual team member, Erica values the power of communication in building trust and understanding. Her approach is rooted in empathy, and she believes in meeting people where they are—with compassion, respect, and the belief that no one is perfect. Outside of work, Erica enjoys baking, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. As the youngest of seven siblings, she cherishes the role that family and shared experiences play in shaping who we are.
