Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight: C.A.R.S.

Reliable transportation can be a turning point for a family — opening doors to new jobs, consistent childcare, and greater independence. Through our incredible partnership with the Willow Creek C.A.R.S. Ministry, that turning point has become a reality for dozens of Fellowship Housing moms, and that is why they are this quarter’s Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight. Be sure to read all the way to the end and see a heartwarming video of one Fellowship Housing mom receiving her new minivan!

To date, C.A.R.S. has donated 63 vehicles to Fellowship Housing moms — five of those just this year! Beyond car donations, the ministry has also provided essential repairs, helping even more families maintain safe, reliable vehicles.

For many single moms, transportation is one of the biggest barriers to stability. Without dependable vehicles, everyday tasks like getting to work, appointments, or school can become overwhelming and costly. But because of C.A.R.S., our moms are driving toward independence — in every sense of the word.

When moms receive a donated car, they’re not just handed keys; they’re gaining freedom. The funds that once went toward high car payments or costly repairs can now be redirected to paying down debt, growing savings, and achieving long-term goals like homeownership.

One mom shared through tears, “It’s so perfect. Thank you for everything — I’m so incredibly happy and blessed.” Another mom, learning she would have transportation to get to her new job, said, “I’m so happy! Omg, I’m crying. I love you guys sooooo much!”

Here’s what a few volunteers at the C.A.R.S. Ministry had to say:

“Our partnership with Fellowship Housing is a blessing — together we are not just providing cars, but opening doors for single moms to drive toward freedom, stability, and a brighter future.”

“Working with Fellowship Housing allows us to combine our ministry with their mission, equipping single moms with the reliable transportation they need to break barriers and build new beginnings.”

“This partnership with Fellowship Housing means so much to us, because every car we give represents hope, independence, and God's provision for a mom and her family.”

“C.A.R.S. Ministry + Fellowship Housing = life-changing journeys.”

Longtime C.A.R.S. volunteer Bob Provost shared,

“While we, the volunteers, enjoy the challenge of working on the cars and restoring them to safe and reliable vehicles, it doesn't compare to hearing how grateful one of the moms is when she receives the car for her family's transportation needs.”

And Stephen Truver added,

“We at Willow Creek C.A.R.S. Ministry truly value our partnership with Fellowship Housing. We are honored to support such a wonderful organization, making the love of Jesus known and making a tangible difference in the lives of single moms.”

Each of these stories and quotes represents more than transportation — they reflect community, empowerment, and transformation.

Thank you to the Willow Creek C.A.R.S. Ministry for being a steadfast partner and for helping Fellowship Housing moms drive toward freedom, stability, and a brighter future.
