Welcome Kerri Ash!

Kerri Ash brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep sense of purpose to every role she holds. With a background in executive relationship management at a Fortune 500 company, Kerri’s career has always centered on people—listening to their stories, understanding their needs, and building authentic connections.

Today, she serves as a Family Advocate at Fellowship Housing, where her God-given gift of gentle curiosity helps her walk alongside single moms on their journey toward stability and empowerment. She is a certified Spiritual Director and Christian Life Coach, passionate about helping women grow in their faith and find meaningful connection—with God, others, and themselves.

Kerri’s favorite verse, 1 Samuel 16:7, reminds her that while people often look at outward appearances, God looks at the heart. That perspective guides every part of her life—whether she’s working, parenting, creating, or resting, her heart is always seeking to draw nearer to Him.

Outside of her professional work, Kerri has served on the Hoffman Estates Arts Commission, contributed as both a writer and editor on her church’s devotional team, and even spent early mornings making lattes at Starbucks (she makes a great one!). Creativity is a big part of who she is—especially when it comes to flower arranging, hand lettering, and bringing beauty to life’s everyday moments.

One of her family’s most cherished ministries began with marshmallows and a mission: making hundreds of snowmen treats each Christmas to raise money for car seats donated to families in need. Since 2009, their efforts have provided over 210 car seats—offering safety, dignity, and love to their community.

Kerri and her husband, high school sweethearts who met while working at a local KMart, have been married for 29 years and prioritize their faith above all. They have three grown children—each a follower of Jesus—and spend fall weekends cheering on their youngest son at his college soccer games in Wisconsin.

A creative at heart, a connector by nature, and a woman deeply rooted in faith, Kerri is most at home listening to others, encouraging them, and sitting in beautiful places—coffee in hand and gratitude in her heart.
