Welcome Susan Herold
We are excited to introduce Susan, the newest member of the Fellowship Housing team! Susan joins us as our Office and Accounts Payable Administrator, bringing a wealth of experience, a heart for service, and a deep commitment to supporting others.
Susan’s professional background spans a variety of fields, including hotel management, education, business administration, finance, and data administration. Throughout her career, she has found fulfillment in administrative roles that help organizations run smoothly and empower teams to do their best work. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and servant-hearted approach make her a valuable addition to Fellowship Housing.
What makes Susan especially passionate about Fellowship Housing is her personal connection to the experiences of many of the families we serve. Raised by a single mother, she learned resilience, determination, and gratitude from an early age. Those experiences shaped her perspective and gave her a deep appreciation for the strength and perseverance required to overcome challenges.
Susan is motivated by the opportunity to use her gifts and talents for a greater purpose. She approaches her work with positivity, empathy, and faith, bringing a “believe the best” mindset to every task, team, and relationship. Her desire to support others aligns beautifully with Fellowship Housing’s mission of empowering single mothers and their children to build new legacies.
When she’s not at work, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and their three grown children. She loves tackling home improvement projects and expressing her creativity through watercolor painting and calligraphy. She also finds joy and renewal in nature, especially during the colorful days of autumn. If you join her on a walk, don’t be surprised if she points out a unique mushroom or an unusual insect along the trail—she has a knack for spotting the small wonders that others might miss.
We are grateful to have Susan on our team and look forward to the many ways her experience, compassion, and dedication will strengthen our work. Please join us in giving her a warm Fellowship Housing welcome!
